However, the original template design remains the intellectual property of BBA HAUS. You may not claim the customized website template as your own creation, nor may you represent it as a design created entirely by you. 4.2. While you are free to customize the template for your own use, you may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices placed on or embedded within the template without prior written consent from BBA HAUS.
5. REFUNDS AND RETURNS 5.1. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be provided for any purchased digital Products unless expressly stated otherwise by law or as determined at the sole discretion of BBA HAUS. 5.2. If you experience technical issues with the Product, you may contact BBA HAUS within [insert number of days] of purchase for support or troubleshooting assistance.
6. INDEMNITY 6.1. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and delete any copies you have made.
9. GOVERNING LAW 9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of TheUnited States and The State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the Product will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and BBA HAUS regarding the use of the Product and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or representations, whether written or oral.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY:

The shipment takes place automatically via email, immediately (or a defined timeframe depending on added installation services and the like) after the purchase and since it is a digital product, no physical shipment is foreseen.
In case of non-functioning of sections or graphic error of the digital product, the User is obliged to contact the Owner by email, specifying the type of error found through the contact link on Shop.BBAHAUS.com. The Owner will as soon as possible, verify the failure or graphic error of the product. And if deemed necessary to correct error and / or replace the product itself with a revised version in the same purchased format, to guarantee the User a better shopping experience.
The User has a period of 30 days to report any errors to the Owner.
